‘The Wash-Off Technique’ (gouache & waterproof ink)

A very interesting afternoon on 10th April when member Alison Down showed us ‘the wash-off technique’ - basically using white gouache as a resist for drawings done with Indian ink - though no reason why other media shouldn’t be used for the drawing provided they are insoluble and won’t wash off with the gouache!
