Annual General Meeting

A summary of the main matters decided:

The Annual Exhibition should be moved into December and some craft stalls added to make it more of a ‘Christmas Arts & Crafts Fair’

        Note - This cannot be done until 2018 as the Hall is already fully booked for 2017.

Subscriptions should remain at their current level of £40 per year.

Ian Philpot was re-elected as Chairman and Exhibition Organiser

Sherry Thomas was elected as Treasurer in place of Paul Arnott

Anne Edwards was re-elected as programme Secretary

Members may obtain a copy of the minutes of this meeting, the Chairman’s report, the Exhibition Organiser’s report and the accounts for 2015-6 on request from the Chairman.
